B2B Aftercare Administrator £23-£25k Department: B2B

The B2B Aftercare Administrator will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with SmileWhite’s dental partners nationwide. This role involves working closely with our partners to ensure seamless communication, addressing any aftercare needs and providing exceptional support to bridge any gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SmileWhite Partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for dental partners, ensuring their needs and concerns are promptly addressed.
  • Communicate with the laboratory and aftercare team regarding patient enquiries raise by the dentists. 

Aftercare Support:

  • Manage the aftercare process for dental practices, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues related to our products and services.
  • Coordinate with the lab to address any patient related issues, technical concerns or product defects reported by partners.
  • Provide detailed product and service information to partners, ensuring they have the knowledge needed to effectively use and promote SmileWhite products.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Facilitate clear and efficient communication between dental partners and SmileWhite’s internal teams, including the lab and customer service departments.
  • Ensure all partner inquiries are documented and tracked for quality assurance and follow-up.

Training & Development:

  • Develop and distribute educational materials to support partner knowledge and engagement.

Reporting & Feedback:

  • Prepare regular reports on partner interactions, issue resolutions, and overall satisfaction levels.
  • Gather and analyse partner feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to SmileWhite’s products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, account management, or aftercare role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing partner needs.
  • Familiarity with SmileWhite products and service.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Customer-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
