First appointment
You’ll have your oral health check, X-rays and 3D scans at your closest partner clinic. Any extra work needed (fillings, hygiene) will be recommended here.
Aligner fitment
Tooth-coloured composite “dot” attachments are placed on your teeth for precision and grip. This is when you’ll take your aligner kit home!
22+ hours a day
Wear your aligners at home for at least 22 hours daily, removing to eat, drink and brush. Just switch to the next set of trays every 1–2 weeks as directed.
First in-clinic review
treatment, we’ll give you a quick oral health check and make sure you’re on track with your bespoke clinical treatment plan.
Final review
When you’re happy and the results align with your treatment plan, you’ll have your “dots” removed and be given your whitening kit and set of retainers.
Professional whitening
Use your prescription gel in your custom-fit trays overnight for 1–4 weeks (depending on your shade preference) for results that’ll last up to 3.5 years.

There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make as a member of the Smile Nation affiliate programme. Referrals are uncapped, and so is the earning potential. The more you share, the more you make.

Smile Society is our ambassador programme, open to anyone, and especially popular with our own customers, who earn £100 for every successful referral made. Whoever they refer gets £50 off their aligner treatment. You don’t need a social following of any kind, or to fill out an application, to join the Smile Society. No, you don’t need to already be an aligner patient to join. As part of Smile Nation, you’ll receive a complimentary clear aligner treatment package, which includes prescription whitening, one set of retainers, a clinical treatment plan, oral health check and all necessary aligner treatment appointments.
